Privacy Policy & Zero-Spam Routing Pledge
Effective Date: October 2026 • RestroomTrailerHQ.com & PrivyFinder.com
1. Strict 3-Fleet Lead Routing Cap: When you request availability or pricing on RestroomTrailerHQ.com or PrivyFinder.com, your project specifications are shared strictly with our dispatch desk (bob@restroomtrailerhq.com) and up to 3 verified regional or national restroom trailer fleets serving your ZIP code. We never sell your contact information to mass home-service lead aggregators.
2. First-Party Telemetry & Attribution: We use lightweight first-party session telemetry (/telemetry.js) to measure page performance, calculator sizing selections, and Google Ads search attribution (gclid, wbraid, utm_campaign) so we can match you with the exact trailer configuration you searched for.
3. Data Removal Requests: To update or delete your quote request or operator profile at any time, email Bob Rupp at bob@restroomtrailerhq.com.
