1. Independent Fleet Directory & Dispatch Service: RestroomTrailerHQ.com and PrivyFinder.com provide technical sizing calculators, site placement specifications, and multi-fleet quote routing. Final rental contracts, delivery insurance certificates (COI), and damage waivers are executed directly between the renter and the fulfilling fleet operator.
2. Site Access & Dedicated Electrical Circuit Responsibility: Renters and venue coordinators are responsible for verifying minimum gate clearance (typically 10–12 ft straight approach), level pad placement, and dedicated 120V/20A or 240V/30A electrical circuits (or ordering an off-grid whisper generator and onboard freshwater package).
3. Operator Profile Accuracy: Fleet operators may claim, customize, or update their complimentary directory listing at any time via /claim-fleet/ or by emailing bob@restroomtrailerhq.com.
